It is in the nature of the modelling hobby to apply skills to correct these short comings. Pricing, Sale & Offer Policy

The Model Catalogue reserves the right to modify prices from time to time and without notice. The Model Catalogue submits product information to shopping comparison sites, such as Froogle, but these prices are not a live feed and therefore the price on the comparison site may diverge from the price on the Site as time passes away from the last upload of product information. The price which takes precedent in all cases is the price shown on the Site.

On occasion we offer items for sale at varying discounts from our normal price. It is not intended that individual customers buy large numbers of items that are on sale. As such we reserve the right to restrict the quantity purchased per person to one item. We also also reserve the right to apply the sale price only to those items that are in stock: once an item goes out of stock during a sale we reserve the right to cancel any contract subsequent to that time, irrespective of whether or not the Site has been updated in time to reflect that the item is out of stock.

The Model Catalogue makes every effort to ensure that prices and description quoted on the Site are correct and accurate. However because we are human mistakes are possible. Where obvious errors or omissions have been made The Model Catalogue retains the right the cancel a contract whether or not monies have been accepted by a payment partner such as Paypal. An obvious error or omission shall be deemed to be a variance greater the 15% from our normal price.

Tax Charges

All prices on the web Site include UK VAT (sales tax) at 17.5%. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deduct VAT from orders placed by customers living outside of the European Union.

  CUSTOMER FEEDBACK:

"Hi, Many thanks for the size 10 scalpel blades you sent pre-Christmas. I ordered on the 'phone one day and within 24hrs. they arrived. Superb service at a time of year when the post can be erratic. I wish all stores had the same efficient service. Happy, healthy and prosperous new year to you all." "Dear Tom, The paints ordered arrived on Christmas Eve, giving me the tools for making a number of kits over the holiday period. Thank you for your very speedy service. Happy New Year Keith"

"Received item after two days, very quick service and well packaged. As i work for an e - commerce business myself i would be proud if our company could reach your excellent standard of service and delivery. I will certainly recommend and use you again. Well done everyone. Chris"

"Thanks for the email. Your service was 1st class, everything arrived promptly. I will be using your service again. Many thanks. Allan H."

"Hi, Wow..!! That was a quick response, it's what - now 9.10pm at night and you have sent me a confirmation email; and for such a small order. It's a shame you don't stock Tamiya model supplies. Tamiya is my preferred make of model supplies, as well as Microscale. Still perhaps one day you will expand your great service to Tamiya and if you do, then by the looks of it (I ordered some Microscale products from you before, and it was good service then as well) I would have a great place to get most of my model supplies. I will certainly be recommending you as a place for buying Microscale products to fellow model builders, and if they also need revell or airfix products, I will also be recommending you again. I do actually use revell glues, so when I need some more, you get my vote for the first place to stop and order some more. Thank you very much. It's nice to get good service every now and then. It's so rare now a days. Well done..!! Regards, Michael."
